Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the K9 Run! We’re excited to welcome local businesses and community organizations that share our values of promoting healthy lifestyles for dogs and humans, supporting small businesses, and building a positive, inclusive dog community.

The K9 Run is a dog-and-human race taking place at Burnaby Lake Regional Park. Vendors will be set up near the event hub and finish area, creating a lively space for participants, spectators, and community members to explore before and after the race.

Exhibitor Rates

All vendor spaces are outdoor exhibitor spaces. Please note that tents, tables and chairs are not provided.

  • 10×10 Exhibitor Space: $95 + GST

  • 10×20 Exhibitor Space: $150 + GST

  • Animal Welfare Non‑profits: FREE of charge — limited spots

Tents and tables can be provided for an additional fee. Please let us know ahead of time if you require them. Availability is limited.

Vendor Expectations & Requirements

By applying, vendors agree to:

  • Remain on site and open to attendees from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Set up starts from 7:00 AM
  • Bring their own tent, tables, weights, and display materials
  • Comply with all park rules, city regulations, and event guidelines
  • Use appropriate tent weights (no staking permitted)
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional booth area
  • Be respectful toward participants, dogs, volunteers, and fellow vendors

Food vendors (for humans) or vendors requiring special permits must disclose this in the application.
